உதவ ஆசை..ஆனால்...

20/12/07 பங்குசந்தை முடிவில்
| இன்றைய பங்கு சந்தை மிகவும் மேடு பள்ளமாகவே இருந்தது என்றால் அது மிகையில்லை. காலையில் 120 புள்ளிகளுடன் மேலே பதட்டத்துடன் துவங்கிய சந்தை, சிறிது நேரத்தில் 110 புள்ளிகள் கீழே இறங்கியது. 11 மணி அளவில் மீண்டும் அது 200 புள்ளிகள் வரை மேலே சென்றது. இன்று அதிகமானோர் மிகவும் கவனத்துடன் லாபத்தை நிர்ணயம் செய்தார்கள் என்று நினைக்கிறேன். கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக இறங்கிய பங்கு சந்தை 1.15 மணி போல் 150 புள்ளிகள் மேல் இருந்து கீழ் வந்தது. 2 மணி போல் மீண்டும் 150 புள்ளிகள் வரை மேலே சென்றது. 3 மணி போல் கிட்டத்தட்ட நேற்றைய முடிவு புள்ளியை நெருங்கியது. ஒரு கட்டத்தில் நிப்டி Negative - ல் செல்ல துடங்கியது. ஆனால், சென்செக்ஸ் இன்று முழுவதும் மேல் நோக்கியே இருந்தது. ஆனால், இரண்டு முறை உச்சத்தையும், மூன்று முறை கிட்டத்தட்ட Zero - வை தொடும் நிலைக்கு வந்தது. ஆனால், வரவில்லை. ஒரு வழியாக 3.15 மணி போல், சென்செக்ஸ் 70 புள்ளிகள் மேலேறி, 19162 என்ற நிலையில் முடிவுற்றது. நிப்டியோ, 15 புள்ளிகள் மேலேறி முடிவுற்றது. இன்று காலை எனக்கு வந்த தகவலின் படி, சென்செக்ஸ் 19482 புள்ளிகள் தாண்டினால் மட்டுமே பங்குகளை வாங்கலாம் என சொல்லியிருந்தார்கள். அதனால் தான் நான் அதிகமாக இன்று பரிந்துரைக்க வில்லை. இன்று IFCI - யின் பங்குகள் மிகவும் வீழ்ந்து விட்டன. IFCI - யின் 26% பங்குகளை Sterlite - வாங்குவதில் நடந்த பேச்சு தோல்வி அடைந்தை ஒட்டி, IFCI - யின் பங்குகள் கிட்டத்தட்ட 25% விலை இறங்கியது. நிறைய பேர் இதில் நஷ்டம் அடைந்திருப்பார்கள் என்பது மட்டும் உண்மை. அதிக விலைக்கு வாங்கியவர்கள், இன்னும் விலை குறையும் பொழுது கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக வாங்கி, அவர்களுடைய Averager விலையை குறைக்க பாருங்கள். இன்னும் 3 அல்லது 4 மாதத்தில் அது மேலே வரும் பொழுது மொத்தமாக விற்று விடுங்கள். | வணக்கம் நண்பர்களே. இன்றைய பங்குசந்தை கொஞ்சம் புதிராகவே இருக்கும். மேலே போவது போல் போய், டமார் என்று கீழே விழ சாத்திய கூறுகள் உள்ளன. காரணம் பெரிதாக ஒன்றும் இல்லை. தொடர்ந்து 3 நாட்கள் விடுமுறை. அடுத்த வாரம் F & O Closing & Roll over day. அடுத்த வாரம் மீண்டும் விடுமுறை. ஆண்டு இறுதி. அடுத்த வாரம் குஜராத் தேர்தல் முடிவுகள் வெளியீடு.. இப்படி பல இருகின்றன. அதனால் நண்பர்கள் அனைவரும் மிகவும் கவனமுடன் இருங்கள். முடிந்த வரை உங்களிடம் பங்குகள் இருந்தால், லாபத்தை உறுதி செய்து கொள்ளுங்கள்.. மற்றவை பங்குசந்தை நிலவரத்தை பார்த்து சொல்கிறேன். கீழ் கண்ட பங்குகளை ஒரு நோட்டம் விடலாம். பார்த்து கவனமுடன் இருங்கள்.. 1. WWIL 2. Nagartuna Fertilizer 3. KSOIL From Market: 10.15am: IFCI - is the big looser.. 23% CMP 77.35 10.15 am: INVESTORS/Traders- Be CAUTIONED. | இன்றைய பங்கு சந்தை நன்றாக மேலே செல்லும் என்று எதிர்பார்த்தால், எப்பொழுதும் போல், மதியம் 2.15 மணிக்கு மேல், அதிகமானோர் லாபத்தை நிர்ணயம் செய்ய வேண்டி விற்றதால், கிட்டத்தட்ட 180 ~ 200 புள்ளிகள் வரை கீழே சென்ற சென்செக்ஸ், 2.45 மணிக்கு மேல், கொஞ்சம் நம்பிக்கையுடன் மேலே வர தொடங்கியது. ஒரு வழியாக, பங்கு சந்தை முடியும் பொழுது நானும் மேலே வந்து விட்டேன் என்பது போல், சென்செக்ஸ் வெறும் +12 புள்ளிகள் அதிகமாக தன் வர்த்தகத்தை முடிந்தது. நிப்டி +8.8 புள்ளிகள் என்ற நிலையில் இருந்தன. ------ நான் இன்று சில பங்குகளை பங்கு சந்தைக்கு முன்னும், சில பங்கு சந்தையின் பொழுதும் வாங்கலாம் என்றும் சொல்லியிருந்தேன். ------ பங்கு சந்தைக்கு முன் பரிந்துரைத்த பங்குகள் 1. NAGARTUNA FERTILISER2. RNRL3. GMR INFRA4. PUNJLLLOYD5. KSOIL6. UCOBANK7. SYDNDICATE BANK ஆகியவற்றில் சில முற்பகலில் ஓரளவுக்கு நன்றாக இருந்தன. பிறகு selling pressure - ல் தாக்கு பிடிக்க முடியாமல் கீழே இறங்கின. சில பங்குகள் இன்னும் நன்றாகவே இருக்கின்றன. ----- ஆனால், பங்கு சந்தையில் இருந்து நிலவரத்திற்க்கு ஏற்ப பரிந்துரைத்த சில பங்குகள் நன்றாக இருந்தன. நண்பர்கள், இன்று ஒன்றை கவனித்திருப்பீர்கள் என நினைக்கிறேன். நான் வாங்க சொன்ன ISPATING, WWIL ஆகிய பங்குகள் வாங்க சொன்ன பிறகு நன்றாக விலை இறங்கியிருக்கும். யார் யார் பொறுமையுடன் இருந்தார்களோ, அவர்களுக்கே இன்று லாபம் கிட்டி இருக்கும். மதியம் 3 மணி போல் அவைகள் மேலே சென்றன. நான் அந்த பங்குகள் விலை இறங்க, இறங்க கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக (10, 25, 50 என) வாங்கி கொண்டே இருந்தேன். 3.15 க்கு அத்தனை பங்குகளையும் விற்று விட்டேன். பங்குசந்தையில் மிகவும் பொறுமை வேண்டும். அதை இன்று கவனித்திருக்கலாம். பொறுமை இல்லாமல் கீழே இறங்கும் பொழுது கொடுத்தவர்கள் நஷ்டமே அடைந்திருப்பார்கள். | வணக்கம் நண்பர்களே. கடந்த இரண்டு நாட்களில் கிட்டத்தட்ட 1000 புள்ளிகள் வரை சென்செக்ஸ் இழந்துள்ளது. இன்று என்ன ஆகுமோ என்று, அடுத்து வரும் நாட்கள் எப்படியிருக்குமோ என்று முதலீடு செய்தவர்க்ள் கவலை பட்டு கொண்டு இருக்க கூடும். நேற்றைய அமெரிக்க பங்கு சந்தையும், இன்று காலை தொடங்கிய ஆசிய பங்கு சந்தைகளும் நம்பிக்கை தரும் வகையில் மேலே நிற்க்கின்றன. நமது பங்குசந்தைக்கு இது நம்பிக்கை ஊட்டும் விடயம். நமது இந்திய அரசியலில் எந்த வித குழப்பமும் இல்லாத வரை, நம் பங்குசந்தையும் மற்ற பங்கு சந்தைகளை கூடுமானவரை தொடர்ந்து செல்கிறது. அதுதான் இன்றும். இன்று பங்குசந்தை ஓரளவுக்கு நன்றாகவே இருக்கும். 300 முதல் 500 புள்ளிகள் வரை மேலே செல்ல வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. ஆஹா, சந்தை நன்றாக இருக்கிறது என்று பங்குகளை வாங்கி தள்ளி விடாதீர்கள். மிகவும் கவனமாக இருங்கள். அடுத்த வாரம் Future Roll over day மற்றும் விடுமுறைகள், அண்டு இறுதி. அதனால், இன்று மேலே போவது போல் போய் விட்டு, பங்குகளை நம் கையில் கொடுத்து விட்டு, கீழே இறங்க வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. மிகவும் கவனமாக, கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக வாங்கி, அவ்வப்பொழுது லாபத்தை உறுதி செய்து கொண்டு செல்லுங்கள். இன்றும் முடிந்த வரை பங்கு சந்தையில் இருந்து தகவல் தர முயல்கிறேன். இன்று அனனத்து துறைகளும் ஓரளவுக்கு மேலே செல்லும் என்றே கருதுகிறேன். கீழ் கண்ட பங்குகளில் கொஞ்சம் கண் வைத்து இருங்கள் 1. | இன்றைய பங்கு சந்தை மிகவும் மேடு பள்ளமாக இருந்தது. எதிர் பார்த்தது போல், காலையில் மேல் நோக்கி தன் வர்த்தகத்தை ஆரம்பித்த பங்குசந்தை, கிட்டத்தட்ட +80 புள்ளிகள் மேல் சென்றது. பின் சிறிது நேரம் கழித்து சென்செக்ஸ் அங்கிருந்து -180 புள்ளிகள் கீழே சென்றது. பின் சிறிது நேரம் கழித்து அங்கிருந்து +125 புள்ளிகள் வரை மேலே சென்றது. பின் கீழே, பின் மேலே என்று ஒரே மேடு பள்ளமாக வர்த்தகம் இருந்தது. எதிர்பார்த்தது போலவே பிற்பகல் 2.15 மணியில் இருந்து கொஞ்சம் கொஞ்சமாக selling pressure ஆரம்பம் ஆனது. ------- பங்கு சந்தை முடிவில் சென்செக்ஸ் 180 புள்ளிகள் கீழ் இறங்கியும், நிப்டி 34.70 புள்ளிகள் கீழ் இறங்கியும் தன் வர்த்தகத்தை முடித்து கொண்டன. ------ இன்று பங்குசந்தை ஆரம்பத்தில் இருந்து, சந்தை முடியும் வரை சில பங்குகளை வாங்கவும், நிலவரத்தையும் பதிந்தேன். அதை கவனித்து இருந்தால், நிச்சயம் லாபம் அடைந்து இருக்கலாம் என்று நினைக்கிறேன்.. பங்குசந்தை ஆரம்பத்தில் AirDeccan & Ansal Infra வாங்க சொல்லியிருந்தேன். பங்கு சந்தை ஆரம்பிக்கும் பொழுதே AirDeccan நேற்றைய விலையை விட ரூ3.65 கூடியே தனது வர்த்தகத்தை ஆரம்பித்தது.. கொஞ்சம் நேரம் கீழ் நோக்கி சென்றது. பின் அது விமானத்தில் பறப்பது போல் பறந்தது. இன்று மட்டும் அது ரூ31.80 கூடியது. அதிக பட்சமாக ரூ37/- வரை சென்றது. Ansal Infra - இன்று கீழ் முகமாகவே இருந்தது. அதே போல் நாகர்ஜூனா பெர்டிலைசர் வாங்கவும் சொல்லியிருந்தேன். அது, நேற்றைய விலையை விட ரூ3.35 குறைவாகவே வர்த்தகத்தை தொடங்கியது. நீண்ட நேரம் கீழ் முகமாகவே இருந்தது. மதியம் போல், அது மேல் நோக்கி செல்ல ஆரம்பித்தது. பங்கு சந்தை முடிவில் ரூ2.35 விலை கூடியது. அதிகமாக ரூ4.45/- வரை சென்றது. சில பங்குகளை வாங்கி வைக்கலாம் என சில பங்குகளை இன்று காலை இன்னொரு பதிவில் இட்டு இருந்தேன். அதில் TTML - ம் ஒன்று. விலை குறைவான பங்கு. அது இன்று காலை, தனது வர்த்தகத்தை நேற்றைய விலையை விட ரூ1.25/- அதிகமாக தொடங்கியது. அதுவும் முதலில் கீழே இறங்கி, பின் மெதுவாக மேலே செல்ல தொடங்கியது. சந்தை முடிவில் ரூ1.40 கூடியது. அதிகமாக ரூ2.15/- வரை கூடியது. பின் Spice Jet என்ற பங்கு வாங்க சொல்லி, அதன் BSE code - ம் தந்து இருந்தேன். நான் சொன்ன பிறகு அது ரூ4/- வரை ஏறியது. மிகவும் விலை குறைவான பங்குதான் அதுவும். WWIL - பங்கு மேலெ செல்வதும், கீழே செல்வதும்மாக இருந்ததே ஒழிய, + ve பக்கம் வரவே இல்லை. அது மேலே வந்தே தீரும். தகவல் உள்ளது. 3 மணி போல், ISPATIND - பங்கை குறைந்தளவில் வாங்குங்கள் என்று சொன்னேன். 3.15 மணி போல், 100 மீட்டர் ஓட்ட பந்தயம் ஓடுவது போல், ஓட ஆரம்பித்து ரூ7/- ஏறியது.. நாளை பங்கு சந்தை நன்றாக இருக்கலாம்.. நாளை காலையே அதை உறுதியாக சொல்ல முடியும். லாபம் அடைந்த நண்பர்களுக்கு என் வாழ்த்துக்கள். |

| வணக்கம் நண்பர்களே.. நேற்றைய பங்கு சந்தையின் செயல்பாடுகள், நிறைய பேருக்கு வேதனையை அளித்திருக்கும் என்பதில் சந்தேகம் இல்லை. நேற்றைய உலக பங்குசந்தைகளும், கீழ் நோக்கியே முடிவடைந்தன. இன்று காலை தொடங்கிய ஆசிய பங்கு சந்தைகளும் கீழ் நோக்கியே தங்கள் வர்த்தகத்தை தொடங்கின. ஆனால், தற்சமயம் அவைகள் ஒவ்வொன்றாக மேல் நோக்கி வர முயல்கின்றன. நம் பங்கு சந்தை மட்டும் கொஞ்சம் வித்தியாசமானது. இன்றைய பங்குசந்தை தொடங்கும் பொழுது சிறிது மேல் நோக்கி செல்லும் என எதிர்பார்க்கிறேன். மதியம் எப்பொழுதும் போல விற்க்கும் படலம் தான். ஆனால், இன்றைய பங்கு சந்தை நேற்று போல் அவ்வளவு மோசமாக இருக்காது. சந்தை முடியும் பொழுது கிட்டத்தட்ட flat ஆகத்தான் இருக்கும் என்பது என் கணிப்பு. இன்று பரிந்துரைகள் என்று எதுவும் இப்பொழுது சொல்ல இயலாது. இருந்தாலும், nagartuna fertilizer & Patel Eng - ல் லாபம் பார்க்கலாம் என்பது என் எண்ணம். மற்றவை பங்குசந்தையில் இருந்து தர முயல்கிறேன். மிகவும் கவனத்துடன் செயல்படுங்கள்.. | நேற்று சில தவிர்க்க இயலாத காரணங்களால், என்னால் பங்குசந்தைக்கும் செல்ல இயலவில்லை. பிற்பகலில் இடும் இந்த பதிவையும் இட முடியவில்லை. சரி. இனி விடயத்துக்கு வருவோம். நேற்று எதிர் பார்த்தது போலவே,பங்கு சந்தை மிக பெரிய வீழ்ச்சி அடைந்தது. சென்செக்ஸ் 400 புள்ளிகள் வரை இறங்கும் என எதிர்பார்த்து இருந்தேன். ஆனால், சென்செக்ஸ் 769 புள்ளிகள் கீழே இறங்கியது. நிப்டி 270 புள்ளிகள் கீழ் வீழ்ந்தது. ஆசிய பங்கு சந்தைகளிலேயே அதிக விகிதத்தில் வீழ்ந்தது இந்திய பங்கு சந்தைதான். நேற்று வீழ்ந்த பங்குகளில் (ரூ1000/- க்கும் கீழ்) சில வாங்கி வைக்கலாம். நீண்ட கால அல்லது குறுகிய கால முதலீட்டுக்கு உகந்தவை. நல்ல பங்குகளும் கூட. | வணக்கம் நண்பர்களே. இன்றைய பங்கு சந்தை அவ்வளவு நலமாக இருக்காது என்றே கருதப்படுகிறது. இன்னும் இரண்டு வாரங்கள் மட்டுமே இருக்கின்றன 2008-ஆம் ஆண்டை வரவேற்க்க. நிறைய விடுமுறைகள். அதனால், அனைவரும் தங்கள் லாபத்தை உறுதி செய்யும் நோக்கில் பங்குகளை விற்க முயல்வர். Large Cap பங்குகள் நன்றாகவே இறங்க வாய்ப்பு உள்ளது. அவை விலை இறங்கிய பின் வாங்கினால், விரைவில் லாபம் பார்க்கலாம். விலை இறங்கும் வரை காத்திருங்கள். ரிசர்வ் வங்கி கடந்த வெள்ளியன்று வெளியிட்ட சில விதிகளினால், இன்று வங்கி பங்குகள் கீழ் இறங்க வாய்ப்புகள் உள்ளது. இன்று கூடுமானவரை தினவர்த்தகர்கள் விலகி இருக்க முயலுங்கள். முன்பே ஒரு பதிவில் சொல்லியுள்ளேன். எப்பொழுதுதெல்லாம், பங்கு சந்தை கீழ் நோக்கி செல்கிறதோ, அந்த சமயத்தில் உங்களிடம் உள்ள பங்குகளோ அல்லது அதன் சார்ந்த துறைகள் கீழே போகும் பொழுது, உங்களிடம் லாபத்தில் உள்ள பங்கை விற்று, பின் அன்றே அது கீழே வரும் பொழுது வாங்கி விடுங்கள். லாபம் பார்க்கலாம். ஆனால், மிகவும் கவனத்துடன் செயல் படுங்கள்.
